How you get paid

Start at 20% of line haul revenue your very first dispatch
+1% per year of CDL driving experience, capped at 5% (so 5+ years = full 5% bonus)
+1% per full month of clean performance driving, capped at 5% (so 5 clean months = full 5% bonus)
Top out at 30% of line haul once you have the experience and the clean months
A clean performance month means $20K+ in line haul, no lates, no violations, no failed inspections, no accidents, paperwork in on time
Detention & layover are added to your line haul percentage where they apply
Line haul is calculated on gross revenue, excluding fuel spend, tolls, and lumpers

What does "20% of line haul" mean exactly?

We calculate line haul as the gross revenue of every load you run, minus fuel spend, tolls, and lumpers. You get a percentage of that — starting at 20%, climbing to 30% with experience and clean performance.

How much can I actually earn at each tier?

Trucks average $25,000+/month in line haul. At 20% (day one) that's $5,000/month. At 26% (3 years experience + 3 clean months) that's $6,500/month. At the 30% ceiling (5+ years + 5 clean months) that's $7,500/month.

How does the experience bonus work?

For every full year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience, we add 1% to your line haul rate, up to a maximum of 5%. So a driver with 5+ years walks in earning 25% on day one, before performance bonuses.

What counts as a "clean performance month"?

A month with at least $20K in line haul, no late deliveries, no moving violations or tickets, no failed inspections, no accidents, and no fines for things like missing the customer app or late paperwork. You earn +1% per clean month, up to 5 months / 5%.

When do I get paid?

Twice a month — on the 1st and the 15th — for the previous pay cycle. Pay weeks run Sunday night through Saturday night. No held checks.

Can I slip-seat to earn more?

Yes — drivers who are willing to slip-seat have a different rate structure that splits more like a team. Ask your recruiter for the specifics that apply to your situation.
