Trucks average $25,000+/month in line haul. At 20% (day one) that's $5,000/month. At 26% (3 years experience + 3 clean months) that's $6,500/month. At the 30% ceiling (5+ years + 5 clean months) that's $7,500/month.
For every full year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience, we add 1% to your line haul rate, up to a maximum of 5%. So a driver with 5+ years walks in earning 25% on day one, before performance bonuses.
A month with at least $20K in line haul, no late deliveries, no moving violations or tickets, no failed inspections, no accidents, and no fines for things like missing the customer app or late paperwork. You earn +1% per clean month, up to 5 months / 5%.
Twice a month — on the 1st and the 15th — for the previous pay cycle. Pay weeks run Sunday night through Saturday night. No held checks.
