What does "30% of line haul" mean exactly?

We calculate line haul as the gross revenue of every load you run, minus fuel spend, tolls, and lumpers. Your team gets a percentage of that — starting at 30%, climbing to 40% with experience and clean performance.

How much can our team actually earn at each tier?

Team trucks average $45,000+/month in line haul. At 30% (day one) that's $13,500/month for the team to split. At 36% (3 years experience + 3 clean months) that's $16,200/month. At the 40% ceiling (5+ years + 5 clean months) that's $18,000/month — split between the two of you however you and your partner agree.

How is the percentage split between the two drivers?

The percentage applies to the team — how you split it between the two of you is up to you. Most teams split 50/50, but the contract is between you and your partner. Both checks come from us, on the same schedule.

How does the experience bonus work?

For every full year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience (whichever team member has more), we add 1% to your team's line haul rate, up to a maximum of 5%. So a team with 5+ years of experience walks in earning 35% on day one, before performance bonuses.

What counts as a "clean performance month"?

A month with at least $20K in line haul, no late deliveries, no moving violations or tickets, no failed inspections, no accidents, and no fines for things like missing the customer app or late paperwork. You earn +1% per clean month, up to 5 months / 5%.

When do we get paid?

Twice a month — on the 1st and the 15th — for the previous pay cycle. Pay weeks run Sunday night through Saturday night. No held checks. Both partners get paid on the same schedule.
